Blessed with plenty of skill and a good football brain. He was a good mark and an accurate kick. Could be used in defence or in attack.
   
He was able to control the play from the wing, taking contested possession and passing long to any point within the forward line.
   
Went to Hawthorn Football club in 2002 and joins Eltham Football club in 2004 as assistant playing coach, joining former Bulldog greats Michael Martin and Adam Contessa.
