  Recruited initially as a full-forward as he had kicked a lot of goals when with Fremantle. However he was later swung into the backline and played well there. Came from a whole family of Bulldog supporters and was very glad to be exchanged in the draft.
Was able to pick up the ball and run and did this on several occasions very spectacularly booting a goal at the end of the run.       
   
Traded for draft choice 32 in to Hawthorn the 2002 National Draft for which we received Scott Bassett.
