Born in New Guinea. Ben Sexton is a former Catholic College
Bendigo
student who graduated from the school in 1990 and went on to complete a double
degree of Bachelor of Chiropractic and Bachelor of Science at RMIT.
During his university years he played football for Footscray and then went on to
play for Carlton in the AFL in 1996.
Played full back. Dislocated his shoulder in round 11 1994. In 1995 he played 9 games including the final against Geelong.
In the 1995 National draft the Bulldogs traded him to Carlton for James Cook. Only played 4 games for Carlton. In 2003 was the playing coach of Sandhurst where he still kicked goals.
